woke up this morning to a tower site down. the switch appears to be un-responsive to anything. the fiber will not link with the router. i can get ethernet link light on port 11 and 12 only. all of the others are dead. router doesn't see switch as a neighbor and no arp. cant ping on default IP or my lan IP.
this switch was running 1.4.2 and had been in service only about 2 weeks. powered with a 24v 100ah battery bank. we replaced the switch with a spare and i now have this one on my bench and unable to talk with it at all.
any suggestions?

Re: Switch Outage
I MOVED YOUR POST OUT OF THE PICTURES OF INSTALLATIONS THREAD
You can hook a console cable to it and see if the switch is trying to boot and possibly lost its flash programming but other than this RMA it.
If the unit is damaged we will repair it for a fee.
If the unit failed we will repair it under warranty.
When you fill out the RMA form be honest about circumstances around failure such as "Died last night and there was a storm" as we often discount repairs when the user lets us know it was probably storm damage as it simplifies out testing procedure and saves us time or we sometimes add $50 to the repair when we see massive damage that the user must have known was a storm event but simply said it died for no reason as this adds time to our repair.
