sorry, busy playing catch up...looking at your voltage input graph, your 12 volt power source does not seem very stable & has lots of big voltage dips in it...more than likely it is dipping below the shutoff voltages for port shutdowns.

This is the Solar Input from Charger, Input is Never under 12,4V if sun is shining, power is between 12.5 and 14,8V an ob Cloudy days IT offen changes
