Just wondering if there is a way to view SFP status? I have seen this information on one of other switch brands and is helpful.
I am running into an issue with trying to use one the SFPs for Calix in a WS-12-250-AC. I even tried out a generic one I had sitting around and it was a no go. If I check the status on our core calix switch it shows it is negotiating at 1G Full and the link is up. The lights on that port for the core switch show everything is working. But on the Netonix the interface shows down in the interface. I ran back and forth a few times between the sites making changes with SFPs but I gave up for now and I am going to setup another one in our NOC and test there next week.
This case maybe a configuration mismatch issue but it would be nice to see something that would show error, missing, or OK for the SFP status. Or if there was even a way to check it through the command line would help too. Thanks.

Re: SFP Status
Have you try to change rate between forced 1Gb/s and auto ?
Else, maybe the SFP is not compatible.
