I got my WS-12-250-AC in Friday and I finally had time to unbox it today. Well long story short, I updated to the latest firmware immediately. (v1.4.5rc8) After the upgrade it would reboot every 30 sec-1 min. Well I thought I would be smart and put 1.4.4 on it aaaand it rebooted during the upgrade.
Now the fan speed just runs on high and there is no response from it. I could order in a USB-Serial adapter, or pull out a old laptop and order a Null Modem cable to try to do a flash recovery. Any other ideas or is this an RMA issue?
Thanks for any help!

Your call, you could try a cable restore or RMA it.

Got the serial connections hooked up tonight and everything went flawlessly. 1.4.4 is on it now.
Now the login screen comes up but after entering default username/password it just goes to a blank page. https://192.168.1.20/main.html Is this a issue that is easily fixed?
Edit: Never Mind
I just did this viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2213&p=15718&hilit=factory+default#p15718 and it worked. Thanks again Chris!

So I thought I had everything fixed, but now it is back to the reboots every 30sec to a minute. Is that a faulty power supply or board? I have a serial connection so if there is any testing I can do before an RMA let me know.
It does have a default config and 1.4.4 on it currently.

Sounds like a power supply that is defective, we have seen this a few times but can never be sure.
We do sale power supplies: https://www.netonix.com/replacemet-part ... 0w-ac.html
But I would RMA it as it is a free repair under warranty.
