Further investigation reveals that firmware 1.4.4 and FC enabled on port on switch and in device is no go suddenly......

I will try downgrade to 1.3.9 again.

Looks like UBNT also have an issue with FC. Most devices show huge amount of pause frames on switch ports.

UBNT has admitted months ago that they have an issue with Flow Control on AFX radios, it is all over this forum and on their forums.

I have seen the issue on all airFIBER radios and it was even "reported" but no acknowledgement from UBNT on airMAX AC radios and a "single" "report" of a FC like situation with epmp 2000 APs.

I disabled FC and everything is running fine. What troubles me is this is no AF issue. It was AC equipment having a lot of pauseframes. I'm using 8.0betaX and it suddenly appeared....

If you go read the thread on the Flow Control bug discovered in airFIBER firmware is was also reported in airMAX AC radios. This is most probably because of the way UBNT implemented Flow Control in most all radios I think including AC radios.

UBNT sends constant unsolicited Pause Frames whenever their buffers are full. The key word is unsolicited.

Okay, I have done some testing.....

EdgeRouter X <-> WS-8-250-AC (FC) <-> (FC) WS-12-250-AC <-> AF5X <-> AF5X <-> WS-8-250-AC <-> EdgeRouter X

If I have FC enabled on above switches I have periodic high latency (spikes).

This is with firmware v1.44
It started appearing after upgrade from v1.39 to v1.44

Please upgrade to latest version and let us know.

As far as I know UBNT has not fixed FC on AFX or AC radios, I would disable it for now.

I will upgrade to v1.46

I have disabled all FC on all devices except for between Netonix switches. I know I can just disable that, but I want working FC. And I was just to test where to find problem.
