I have 3 WS-12-250-DC and they all report 1 volt lower then what the charge controller or volt-meter report. And I have checked the voltage at the actual posts. We have been using them to get the voltage of our battery, but they are incorrect. These are the old style where all the ports are flat.
Sorry if you talk about this before, but I searched the forum and could not find anyone else mentioning this.
WS-12-250-DC Voltage Input incorrect

Re: WS-12-250-DC Voltage Input incorrect
Hi Alohabro, thanks for posting.
My understanding of what you're describing, just to be clear, is that the power supply input voltage stated in the GUI is lower than a meter reading across the posts.
my question is, what voltage (range) are you supplying?
Also, I can be of much better assistance if you go into the terminal and screen grab the output of the 'sh stat' command for me, so I can see what board revision and firmware version you're working with, and email it to julian@netonix.com?
Thanks
