WS-12-400-AC Only Shows 48VH on ports 1-4

The website says the WS-12-400-AC has 48VH on ports 1-6 so I ordered one. Now that I have it i only see 48VH on ports 1-4. What's going on?

I was looking for the top of the page, it's sadly cut off here.

at the top left corner, it should say WS-12-400 above netonix switch (or whatever the switch's name is). Does it?

It says WS-12-400-AC. We just bought this from you the other day.

no argument from me, just trying to see what the issue is. Took me a minute to figure out what was up:

board rev. E doesn't supply 48vh on ports 1-6 but DOES supply 24vh on ports 1-4.
board rev. F supplies 48vh on ports 1-6 but only supplies 24vh on ports 1-2.


there are still some rev E boards in our warehouse and in the distribution chain, we default to shipping rev E unless specified otherwise (for now).

Since it's been such a short time since you bought it, return it, and we'll swap the board out for a rev F.
