I think we might do this but we will need some help to insure people get approved in a timely manor. I think we will expand our Associate program which is similar to the UBNT Super User but we give our Associates moderator and some even have Admin access to our Forums if they request it. "We" trust our Associates to do the right thing and keep secrets when requested which is how we will build what you guys want/need since some of you will be brought into each product BEFORE we mass produce it so you have more control over the design and abilities.
In all the years with RF Armor I can count on 1 hand the number of DICKS I have meet, WISP operators are a special bread all cut from the same cloth all around the world.
I have talked to WISPs even from countries that not supposed to be friendly with the USA but we talk as WISP's and leave political crap at the door! The only problem is sometimes the language barrier (thank God for Google translate).
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.

I haven't followed closely to see how many new accounts get created. Some of them never post so it's hard to know their intentions. It might be more work to approve all new members than to ban the few spammers.
Maybe we should force them to answer a skill testing question on FSL calculation. LOL maybe some current members would fail?
I think I've been doing a pretty good job of deleting spam almost as fast as they can post. Chris gave me the keys to the executive washroom so now I can flush them faster.

You may be deleting the spam, but the notifications go out and our inboxes blow up.

You do make a good point. While I am pretty good at spotting spam, I'm not so sure I would be as good at spotting the spammers from the valid applicants and so would probably defer such decisions to Chris. I'm trying to offload some of this spam crap from Chris so he has more time to sell more and design more great kit.
Anyway, the decision is up to Chris.
