The power issue has been fixed. Still not sure why the Netonix didn't turn back on though.

Still waiting on the wiring diagrams
I want a diagram on how it was and how it is since you determined you had something wrong.
I do see I have it wired wrong according to the UPS module though.

Re: ws-12-250dc turned off and didn't turn back on.
I guess I'll chaulk it up to being my fault.
fyi. when tested, the Netonix had 18volts applied to it's DC ports. It was not on. Once I unplugged it, waited a few seconds, and plugged it back it. It tuned on.
I don't see how I need to draw a picture to explain there is a battery. Everything is plugged in to the battery. ie, connected in parallel.
Thanks.

Re: ws-12-250dc turned off and didn't turn back on.
Well please let us know if it happens again.
Providing a wiring diagram allows us to set up a LAB. As far as we know testing with the switch connected directly to the batteries we can not recreate this behavior.
If not hooked to the battery and your power supply cycles power either on or off or below then above the hibernate voltage or the 9V minimum this could easily lock up the micro or the switch board causing this issue.
This is the main reason we tell people to hook these switches DIRECTLY to batteries to prevent such voltage oscillations.

Re: ws-12-250dc turned off and didn't turn back on.
If you look at the UPS module diagram I posted a link to, that device says to not do that. In part, I'm sure, because there is only a 2amp charging circuit. 2 amps isn't going to give me enough to charge the batteries AND run the netonix will all the POE devices.
In my case. I had it hooked up wrong. So I was in fact hooked directly to the batteries. Which, I believe, caused a long term power drain on my batteries, and lowered their voltage to very low levels. How low I don't know. But, when I got there and started testing, the batteries had 18 volts on them. The netonix was off, but the MT router was humming right along. It wasn't until I unplugged the netonix and plugged it in again that it turned back on. This was after I applied a full 27 volts to the batteries again as well.
