WS-24-400A LACP flapping
I'm having an issue where the port(s) on the switch flap from LACP ACTIVE to NOT ACTIVE. I can't seem to find a cause. I've changed SFPs and jumpers. Even tried generic SFPs. Still does it. After a cold boot it runs OK until there are about 200 packets sent through the port at which point it starts flapping and I see excessive packet loss. Any ideas?

Maybe provide some more information.
What firmware version are you running?
You have an LACP LAG between 2 WS-24-400A?
