Trust me in the UI you can set speed/duplex
With airMAX M series it is under the ADVANCED Tab
It is also a setting in the UniFi UI or Controller UI
If this is set to 100M only this is your problem.

Re: WS6 Mini - port state chnages every 30 secs or so
Did you upgrade the UniFi firmware, maybe they added that option in a later firmware for the AP?
I have never found a UBNT device that does not allow this to be set but I do not use much of their UniFi stuff.
I use all their airMAX, and AF stuff and they all have this setting. Granted by default it is always set to AUTO.
If the port is set to 100M only then any noise on the cable at all would make the unit lose Ethernet connectivity as it can not Auto adjust down to 10M for a moment while the noise is present.

Re: WS6 Mini - port state chnages every 30 secs or so
Well i did update the controller yesterday and then upgraded all the APs following that but i also have an old controller running and there no setting in there either. All joking apart, I am very confident that its auto but will ask the question on how to check via SSH in the UBNT forum to make double sure.
So yesterday i did make major changes pre starting the chat last last.
1 - Controller was upgraded and all AP's are no running the latest firmware
2 - All NanoStation were upgraded to AirMax V6
i also upgraded one of the WS6 Mini's to the latest firmware but all others are still on 1.4.2
Other than that nothing has been changed... and the <good> news is i still haven't had any mention of the port state dropping... on ANY of the switches at this site. I say good news as its really frustrating but if its a simple as a firmware upgrade then i'm chuffed to bits.
