Didn't know it had a reset button. I see it now.
Mine don't have slots that fit over the webs. Doesn't matter to me because I like my mounting method better although I'll see if it rusts in time... Perhaps I'll have my guys cut a bunch of them in the shop and spray them with something.

Actually it does (see circled area on pic). Anyway... it sounds like the unit has since been redesigned so that the base is no longer a heat sink so all this has become mostly moot.
