Mimosa B11 not passing data

So im seeing this happening with the Mimosa B11 we have connected via SFP to WISP switches,

If we disable the Mimosa data port on the Switch ( for whatever reason), if we re-enable it we see no data passing; we have to do the following to get the data flowing:

Reboot the SW
Change the port from auto to 1G
disable/enable the port

Any ideas on this behavior?

Is your B11 hard-set to 1g?
