First thing I would suggest is to separate local tower radios (APs and private PTP links for high end customers) from backhaul links in and out of the tower.

If you group local tower radios with backhauls into the same ports to the router then pause frames generated from local radios will affect all traffic in and out of tower.

I would create midspan injectors with 2 ports, 1 port to power PTP radio and other port to router for backhaul radios. If you do not use VLANs between towers like I do then the 2 port mid-span VLAN group can be U's as all packets will be untagged.

Then you can create a LAG with 2 or more ports between the router and the switch for local radios.

I don't understood what do you means for separate local tower radios from backhaul links.

As depicted in picture on first and seconds switches I have only tower AP traffic. The backhaul is only one separated and directly connected to Mikrotik.

So, say that, I create LAG with 2 ports on each switch, and configure LACP on mikrotik as well.

is it right ?

OK. After seeing first suggested post, I understood I need to create a couple of port for each PTP. First port to power antenna, second port to pass the traffic without VLAN tagging. It's clear.

Our 3 Backhauls are:

1) Mimosa B5-lite
2) Cambium PTP 110
3) Mimosa B5c

have you such useful hints regarding port setting for those links ?

What do you mean by port setting?
