Ok, so here is my 'im pissed at ubnt and I don't care about the airCRM backtrack' schpeal.
Firstly, I'm thinking the long game here. I'm far more concerned that UBNT would create airCRM as a cloud only product than I am that they built it for the cloud. I mean, they knew through many comments that the vast majority of people wanted/needed a local version and they were uninterested in the cloud offering. Their vision and intentions seem to have diverted from wISP wants and needs by a huge margin and I fully expect this to continue. They are overwhelmingly ignoring their user base, trying to become more ubiquitous* to consumer markets and neglecting the concepts that got them where they are today.
In other words, I don't think they have our best interests at heart and putting all your eggs in the ubiquiti basket means you probably don't have an advocate for your business RUNNING your business.
..ok.. now onto the management part
Let's say I have a SAF or Mimosa backhaul. how exactly is acrm going to monitor and manage them? Probably just going to be a placeholder on your tree because there is no good place to have a monitoring agent. So now I need to run two or three separate packages to have a wholistic view of the network? I'm 100% certain that acrm is not going to satisfy this need. They want you on airFibers, Edgerouters, Toughswitches, Rockets, and NanoBeams, end of story.
So, lets talk groundcontrol! I love the idea of open source MANAGEMENT software for the devices we use. Not just cacti with some mib, nice charts, connection histories, and ability to configure devices with star topology semantics! I'm game :)

Re: airCRM
Well those are all good points. Ubiquiti is has not in the past been willing to allow their software to interact with other vendors stuff, I am sure they will definitely not work with my stuff as Robert appears to despise me anymore?!
If you guys get this things going when/if Netonix gets some extra funds and resources to kick into the pot we will for sure!
If Josh or whom ever wants to head this up then I can create a Forum here dedicated to the project and gives those involved admin rights to it and set up a repository for the code.
Let us know how we can help.

Re: airCRM
code's already on github which is IMHO a great place to host it!

Re: airCRM
I don't have one of the Netonix switches yet...
Although I have recommended them on the ubiquiti forum, afmug list, wispa general list, wispa ubiquiti list, and to personal friends and people who work with us.
I don't know what cli access looks like - if there is a full bash shell available, etc. I like pulling stats via ssh tunnels if possible, but if that's out of the question, scraping web interfaces for data via https works just fine.

I wanted to send you one Josh but seemed to indicate you wanted to wait for a DC version? Do you want an AC version? Will you deploy it?

Choose the dogsled team wisely. LOL
I'm betting Josh gets it faster than I did.

Re: airCRM
So I've been playing with the airCRM for a few days now. It's not bad really, got some strange things about it and a little regression from AC2 in signal and throughput history graphs. Looks slick, like the other new UI stuff. Sub management and billing is basic but functional. Not to bad :/ only has authorize.net at the moment :/
Some issues that I have with it (ignoring the cloud issue for the moment) is that I'm not a fan of shaping at the CPE. I hope that the locally hosted version doesn't bury the settings too deep that they can't be parsed out for some other shaping appliance to use.
Devices automatically detect non-ubiquiti gear and puts a dummy placeholder in place (based on ARP and bridge tables etc).
