Re: New WS-6-Mini Owner Needs Help
Do you have TeamViewer on your laptop that I could call you and Team view in to your laptop?
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.

yes...
Please hold on as I have my IT guy in Washington on the phone with me; we are getting a different laptop for testing.
FYI, I had trouble last night changing the IP with this laptop as such I had to make it DHCP and then change it back to static using a desktop. all of the NIC setting are correct but let me confirm not a secondary issue.
Please give me 10 minutes or so.
"Thank You"

I need to close this thread after eating a bit of humble pie.
Upon receiving the WISP-6_Mini I presented a laundry list of questions and concerns having no experience with the product nor managed switches.
In the end the WISP-6-Mini is and "was" operating as designed however, the laptop being used to originally configure and test is has a failing NIC.
It was only after several hours of trying this and that over and over that I opted to grab a different laptop and low and behold the switch "immediately" performed with no issues.
I want to thank all for your assistance and Chris for his very personal support, assistance, and understanding of the process that I went though and that he endured.
Thank you creating a cool and unique product; keep up the great job.
