WS-12-250DC does not turn on

We were installing the new device, had traffic and normal power in the ports and suddenly all the leds were quiet. We try to turn it off and on but only turned on the power led.

we try the recovery firmware procedure but doesn't nothing appear when are connected to console port

If you get nothing on the console port, there's not much you can do - please open an RMA using the process found here:
