Vlan tagging with no layer 3 router tagging setup

Hello,

I am investigating netonix switch to switch vlan tagging without layer 3 vlan or ip addresses setup. Trying to see if it is possible to setup the vlans from switch to switch(both netonix)

i have only setup vlans only with ip address association with the tags. I am trying to reduce broadcast domain issues on wisp based on a cidr 16 ip pool.

I have read that it can be done but can't seem to find any thread on netonix website.

Netonix don't support VLAN translation even if the switch chip probably support it. You can do it from switch to switch be using "untag" on the VID you need to translate if "untag" is not needed on a other VLAN.
