Where is the thank button?

I'm sure I used to be able to click "thank" and thank someone for a useful comment... but I no longer see it when browsing threads. Am I blind?

Thanks! I'm guessing the Web UI must have been changed? I could have sworn that button was below by the thank list in the past.
