Hello!
We are having some issues using a new Netonix switch. We have not used these before so we are probably not configuring it correctly.
We have a wireless radio network starting with a juniper router, to a point to point radio link to the Netonix switch routing to other radios.
I can access everything up until the switch through the network, but the switch is not accessible or responding to pings.
We have a direct connection to the switch to make any configuration changes, I am fairly certain the issue is in the vlan set up for this switch.
We need it set up to accept vlans 13,16,17,18,244,3000 on various ports
We have our network coming into port 13, which has all of those vlans enabled (both in the check box menu as a list, and having the "T" bold) and each port is set up the same way with it's specific vlans.
Are we missing anything in the configuration?
I have screen shots of the config in question if I did not articulate it clearly.
Here is the configuration:
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
Is this the correct place for this question?
I was not able to find any other support.

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
Update:
We have plugged some more devices into the switch and we are able to get traffic through to those and they are working fine, but we are unable to access the switch directly.
Can anyone assist with that?

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
The internet from the point to point is plugged into port 13 of the switch. the next device is plugged into port 11.
The direct connection is in port 9 and that is the only way we are able to get into the switch.

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
So the management vlan is configured fine. Is the VLAN 1 configured as untag or native on other devices ?

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
VLAN 1 is not in use, so its untagged.
Would that have an effect on remotely accessing the switch?

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
I edited your post to include the picture, please upload pictures to your posts as explained in my post footer.
So the switch is only accessible via the top VLAN which is by default VLAN ID 1 (which you can change to whatever management VLAN ID you want)
So all ports on VLAN ID 1 are set to Untagged so only Untagged packet will reach the switch from any port.
The (Trunk Port / Allowed VLAN List) is only saying that that corresponding port with a T will accept those IDs that are in the list but they are Tagged packets and the switch will not see them as it is only looking for Untagged packets as defined on the Management VLAN ID 1

That is super helpful, Thank you! I will make that change and see if it works!

Re: Unable to access switch through live network
I have switched all of those ports on vlan one to Tagged with a T
Am I missing anything else?
The switch is passing traffic successfully but we are still unable to access or ping the switch itself.
