looks like your power supply isn't talking to the switch anymore.

lots of things can cause that, your first thing to try would be a reboot, then upgrade your firmware to 1.4.8rc7

We are getting the same thing on one of our WS-12-250-DC's. Switch was running 1.4.7 and is now running 1.4.8rc11. No change. Removed all power to it for 30 seconds. No change. We checked all the cables for water, everything is dry. It seems to be working, it just worries me. Not sure where to go from here. We have 6 of these in the field, first time seeing this. The fan is running even though it is not reading it in the interface.

out of curiosity, did you have an hibernate functions set up & were you close to the hibernate voltage level?

Please try a reboot in the UI and if that does not fix it then try a power cycle (cut power for 10 seconds).

If still no love then please RMA the unit as it is either a failure or damaged unit.

No. The voltage of the batteries is in the 24-26v range. The settings on the power page are default still.

I used my spare and will have a replacement in a couple of days. At that time it will replace and RMA. Thank you.
