Switch (DC 26 port) failed while in service
Installed new out of box WS-26-500-DC 3-4 weeks ago. Made sure that device was well grounded and powered up ports only after the 1 x AF24 and 5 x sectors (Mikrotik 24VDC) were plugged in. Firmware was updated. This evening the device lost power to all ports that had previously been turned on. When attempting to access to troubleshoot and reboot, we were not able to enter the device. Swopped out with backup and brought the faulty one back to work bench. Followed instructions for resetting to default. Did not see a light show in any form. No lights at all. Held reset button for 20-30 seconds, let sit for 5-10 minutes and still could not access device. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Switch (DC 26 port) failed while in service
You may not be doing anything wrong, this could simply be a failure or possibly damage, sadly can not tell until we see it?
If you're applying power to it and there is not green LED indicator in the front within 10 seconds then it is not powering up at all.
You will need to RMA it .
Please explain the site, DC power source, grounding system, and radio equipment powered from switch.
Explaining your grounding:
Are the AC service ground rods BONDED to the tower ground rods with a direct heavy cable like #2?

Re: Switch (DC 26 port) failed while in service
Site: 130 ft Rohn tower built on a semi rocky setting
DC power source: Tripp Lite APS1250 Inverter with 2 12 dc deep cycle tied together in series
grounding: earth ground bonded with commercial power ground in cabinet
radio equipment: 1 x AF24 (48VDC), 5 X Mikrotik RB921 (24VDC)
Not sure what AWG is used. Net time I'm at the site I'll verify.
