Total Power Consumption Calculation?

Is total power calculated by summing the power consumption measurements of the individual ports, or is there a separate measurement for it?

Sum the individual ports, and add 5-11 Watts for internal usage.

Is there a failure mode where a WS-6-MINI might show really high power consumption on a single port? I've got a Mimosa A5-14 connected on a 48VH line. It usually draws about 13 Watts, but it is showing up at about 45 Watts tonight. The temperature of the A5 isn't elevated in the way I'd expect if it was using 30 Watts more than usual.

Sounds like either a sense resistor or a current sensor is not functioning properly. Typically that's caused by an underlying ground current problem.

Sounds like it's time for an RMA, unfortunately.
