I've got a WS-6-MINI that seems to have died on me. I can't get a link on any of the 6 ports. I've tried more than 1 known good ethernet cable from more than 1 computer. The power LED on port 1 does come on when I plug in the official barrel connector but that's it. I've tried holding down the reset button both after the switch has been plugged in for a while & for 30 seconds as I plug it in & in both cases nothing happens. I've tried a different known good power adapter and there's no change.
Anything else I can try or do I need to pursue an RMA?
Dead WS-6-MINI?

Sounds like an RMA to me.
