The site is a tower where we are co-siting for our radio network.
The site has AC power and solar which charges a battery bank. This battery bank has an output of 48volts which we tapped through to a circuit breaker then to our Netonix switch.

Questions:
1) Firmware version, if not v1.4.8 please upgrade

2) Is this a positive or negative DC site? (if this is negative 48V that is your problem)

You should bench test this unit as described in this post: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2780#p19221
