Sometimes on a reboot the I2C communications gets messed up.

Try a reboot and if no love then a power cycle and if still no love pull from service then factory default and if still no love then RMA

My guess is a reboot will fix it.

last after reboot.JPG
I rebooted it, came up and stopped rebooting based on overheating,
decided to leave it till I could drive up on the hill tomorrow and try and swap or reboot with new unit onsite.
49 volt stopped reporting after reboot,
all power supply lines say error,
but still running, hopefully till I can get to it in the AM,

Middle picture was before reboot showing 49 volt, Upper right,
bottom picture was after reboot, not showing empty field where 49 volts was,

13 hours-showing change.JPG
Went to check configuration before driving to site, says is perfect where we have done nothing,
uptime shows 13 hours, all fields show fine,

looks to have fixed itself around midnight based on change in input voltage

Looks like the I2C communications between the power supply and switch corrected itself.

the real issue was that it was shutting down transmitters and then backhaul feed due to temperature,
Maybe could put in code not to reboot if over 500 degrees (an obvious error),
where it was remote we could not get to it to reboot it but had to wait for it to cycle,

Yea, I2C communication got messed up.

Can happen sometimes in rare situations.

Could be a fluke
Could be a hardware issues

You will simply have to watch if it happens again and if it does swap the unit out and RMA it.

Also note that you are running an OLDER unit here that has known issues with radio transmission sites.

Switch board Rev E and Power Supply Rev A

So if this is a transmissions site or near a radio transmitter site maybe swap this unit out with a newer version and use this version in another location.
