Love the idea of putting the mini-6 up top and only running a single cable from the bottom. However, this presents a problem. The ePMP pucks seem to have issues and the best solution is usually to use external sync. The Packetflux Powerinjector Plus Sync provides the sync, but can't get through the mini-6.
What would be great is if the mini-6 could also operate as a timing source for the ePMP APs. Ideally, it would have a GPS port (2 would be awesome) and it would be able to maintain timing without GPS signal for 12-24 hours.
To make it even better, A/B POE-IN would be great if the cable got damaged.
Being able to do this would solve so many problems.
