I'm getting the an error when connecting a ws-8-150-dc to a cisco 3560 switch via fiber. The interface constantly goes up and down. Have some screenshots below. I am running the latest firmware from netonix.

Seems like something with QinQ - check out https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/lan- ... d-p/638763 , seems like you're not the only one who's seen this.
Can't really provide support on Cisco's stuff, but hopefully that gets you on your way

Re: Having issues connecting Netonix to Cisco switch
You could try without STP. You could test with all vlan tagged on the Netonix's port facing the Cisco or with native vlan untag.
If Stiller happening, I would also test to disable the STP on the Netonix.
