Hello,
I'm having an issue with a brand new Netonix WS-12-250-AC. I unboxed the unit, upgraded the firmware, and started to configure ports. I noticed that nothing would get a link light when connecting to port 2 so I disabled the port in the GUI then renabled it but it won't link up. Below are screen shots from the unit. **My router is attached to port 1 and my PC is attached to port 12** Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Port 2 Not Working
All ports are tested and link at a gigabit before the unit can be serialized and have a MAC address assigned- While I'm not saying that port 2 works now, I can tell you with certainty that it left our shop in working order.
One last thing to try is defaulting the entire switch - issue 'reload defaults' from the CLI or Utilities -> Default from any tab in the GUI.
I usually see ports not linking if there are underlying hardware issues, which unfortunately requires repair in most cases.

Re: Port 2 Not Working
Have no cable plugged into port 2 and do a Cable Diagnostics and post up a screen grab of that result.

Re: Port 2 Not Working
Your Ethernet Transformer "appears" to be damaged. Will not know for sure until we open it up but if it looks like the one in the picture below it is damage and not defective.

Thank you. Not sure how I damaged it though. I will get an RMA sent in a few mins.

Some common causes for Ethernet Transformer Damage:
Shorted or incorrectly crimped cable
Applying the wrong POE option such as 48V to power and AF radio where 48VH is requires and too much current on 2 pairs damages a cable.
Applying the wrong POE option such as 24VH to an airMAX radio which requires 24V
Applying the wrong POE option such as 48V to a radio like UBNT airMAX radio that wants 24V
Running an Ethernet cable between 2 devices on different electrical services and different ground potentials creating a ground bond through your Ethernet cable. In these cases you should run FIBER. If you have to run copper in this situation use Copper SFP module as the SFP ports do not offer POE and thus the center PIN is not connected to current and thus the DC negative is not bonded to Earth Ground and the SFP module will offer "some" isolation.
Here are some good posts on grounding:
