HIBERNATE AND WAKE UP VOLTAGE FOR A NETONIX WS-12-250-DC

hello we are currently using Netonix switches WS-26-500-DC and WS-12-250-DC connected directly to 2x12volt GEL batteries charged by Tycoon UPS TP-BC24-300. we will like to know in case of AC power failure how does the switch detect that batteries voltage is low and hibernates; how will it detect when the batteries are charged and come back on. we will also like to know if it is possible to set the hibernate voltage and wakeup voltage.
