Can somebody put a download link for v1.4.8 firmware ... seems that it is more stable than v1.4.9 and can't find where to download v1.4.8

A well executed fallback plan would have been to keep a copy before proceeding. I always squirrel away the last few releases.ZeRoc0ol wrote:Can somebody put a download link for v1.4.8 firmware ... seems that it is more stable than v1.4.9 and can't find where to download v1.4.8

I just had a 1.4.9 8-port DC switch lock up on me on Friday night. Flow control was turned off. I was doing some troubleshooting, logged in to the switch, told it to reboot and it never came back. I gave it about 15 mins and then drove to the site (in the rain and cold). I arrived, everything was powered up, but the switch would not pass any traffic. I killed the power, waited a few, and then powered it back up. It started working again.
This is the second time on 1.4.9 I've had a switch lock up. The first one had flow control on, this second one did _not_.
Never any issues with 1.4.8. I'm considering a roll-back. To your credit, 1.4.8 was awesome, 1.4.9 I dunno.. :)

I don't have v1.4.9 installed I have older firmware I just want to update to newer ... but could only find the v1.4.9 download and commennts no v1.4.8 - not sure why previous firmware would not be available for download ... I still have different versions that came with the switch v1.2.0 and 1.4.7rc4 ... just want to update to more stable.

Can you help me?
Can't downgrade firmware from 1.4.9 version to wispswitch-1.4.8rc7 or wispswitch-1.4.8rc12, on ws-12-250-ac Board RevF.
I see the following error
1) Why would you want to downgrade, v1.4.9 is the BEST firmware to date and is very stable.
2) Clear your browser cache or use another browser. (suggest Chrome)

Re: v1.4.9 Bug reports and Comments
Hi.
ping watchdog works well in this version? I have "unstandard" configuration - three UBNT Rockets, in untagged ports, every UBNT have own VLAN. Through tagged uplink this ends in Mikrotik bridge - all of these VLAN is in same IP segment.
On every VLAN in Netonix I have SAME IP address for watchdog.
And after watchdog configuration (ping every 60 seconds, bounce after 5 failed pings) is UBNT frequently rebooted.
If I disable watchdog, everything fine.

Yes, I also am waiting on the fix for ping watchdog as has been discussed prior. We are still using 1.4.2 until this is resolved.
