Hi there, new to Netonix equipment.
I've got a WS-6-POE, powered up via 48v POE (4 pairs) on port 1. I've attempted to access the UI at 192.168.1.20, and login with admin/admin. That gets me to a blank page. I've tried on several different browsers to no avail. I can login via ssh to the CLI, and have updated the firmware via tftp to both 1.4.9, and then 1.5.0rcX with no luck. Port 5 is solid lit red on the left light. The reset button doesn't seem to respond no matter how I push it, and I've noticed if I attempt to plug in a device to port 2 or 3, the adjacent port lights up.
Thanks for any assistance!
Ben

Re: Netonix WS-6-POE UI Blank after login
Is this is a new unit?
I have had several people over the years report something similar and when I Teamviewer in they always have something wrong. Have never seen this issue be our fault?
Tomorrow when I am at the office I can assist you if you have Teamviewer and PM me your cell number and your time zone and times of availability.
