Bag inside the box had "New 4-gang" hand written but it didn't include enough of the 1/4-20 screws (12 in the bag). Curiously it did have 8 nuts which don't have a home and conveniently fit the 1/4-20 screws which would account for the 8 missing screws (damn humans). Couldn't find a way to upload a picture but I've taken one.

So in your picture those (12) BOLTS in the GREEN box should be (20) - missing (8) BOLTS
Not sure why those (8) NUTS in the RED box are in there?
The Bolts are FASTENAL part #29162 - 20 x 1/2 1/4"
Can you check with your local hardware store, they should have them as they are a common zinc bolt.

Re: UCM4AC shipped with incorrect/incomplete hardware.
I already resolved the issue... I have hundreds of 1/4-20's..... Just wanted someone to know how the product is being received as well as how the issue was going to be treated.

I have people opening each box in the warehouse checking bolt bags to make sure this does not happen again.
Although there is no way for us to check boxes already in the channel.
I appreciate you letting us know.
