I upgraded a six units (all WS-12-250-DC) and the snmp has stopped working on all of them - I upgraded from 1.5.0rc3 to rc5.

We have reported unexpected reboots of our WS12-250-AC. Could this fix:
Improved the units ability to deal with network loops while loop protection, flow control, and STP are disabled to not cause unit to reboot
- RC5

be related to our issue while we have loop protection (because of false detections) and STP (because of incorrect deal with other switches) disabled? We use flow control and pause frame storm protection only.

Thanks.

Depends on what your reboot is caused by, if your reboots are related to a loop occurrence somewhere in your network yes.

When you encounter a problem you should always try the latest firmware version.
If that does not help swap the unit out with a spare and if the problem goes away you know it is related to the unit then RMA it.
If after upgrading to the latest firmware and then swapping the unit out your problem still exists you should start a new thread explaining your problem in detail with screen grabs of all TABs with changes from default and go from there.

Yes it is confirmed that we broke SNMP in v1.5.0rc5

We will release v1.5.0rc6 tonight with that fixed and 2 features people requested.

We then want to FINALIZE v1.5.0 and will then start on v1.5.1rcX

Around what time will RC6 be out? Have a Solar Site that needs SNMP. Upgraded to get CPU usage down so that the batteries dont drain as fast.
