I have found a few cables that might work.......but what cables work for low loss on 5ghz. Definitely not RG-8!

Re: Mimos B5/B5c U-NII-1
Well, just took the plunge and ordered 4 Mimosa B5c's today! And cables. I have to get some 24 volt to 48 volt (boost) power supplies for the sites though.
(With my luck the UBNT AC's will be certified tomorrow )
One interesting tidbit, I emailed Mimosa about the power output on the UNII-1 channels as being only 17 Db output. I some how picked that up from a post I saw on it. Well, it seems that the B5c will do up to 30 db output, which will allow me to account for all the extra losses on the jumper cables and stuff.
I will report back on how it works, once I get it in and working! Now I will probably need to get in a few of Chris's switches to compensate for that 1 gig to 100 Mbps change down my backhaul network?
Thanks for all the help here!
Wayne

does a spec sheet work?
http://mimosa.co/home/Products/Backhaul ... tions.html
note, only 2 streams at 30dBm *30 dBm (2-stream), 27 dBm (4-stream)*

What a let down! I finally made the decision to order the Mimosa's, and then found out that none are available until early March!
It will be interesting to see what happens first, Mimosa's ship or Ubiquiti gets certification on their Rocket AC for UNII-1 ?
