Well I would put a brand new unit in place and if it does the same thing then you know you do not have a faulty unit and RMA would be useless.

There are tens of thousands of these units out there all working happily so either you have a faulty unit or something else is wrong.

So logic would say swap the unit out and if the problem is still there keep looking. If the problem goes away you must have a faulty unit and RMA is the answer.

Hi Chris,
I took out one of the radios and it has been stable since ... This was an old Rocket m5 .. Will let you know after a few days if anything changed ... so far 2+ days and no reboots

This Rocket M5 powered directly by 24v seams like is working just fine - does not crash or anything.
