We are having packet loss problems (along with high ping times) at a tower. I've been working the problem for awhile and cannot find a solution. Our monitoring system shows the problem starting at the Netonix WS-12-250-DC. But I see no problems on the switch. I've upgraded to firmware 1.5.0 (board rev F). Port isolation is on for all ports except the backhaul and on-site access router. STP is disabled. I also upgraded the backhaul (Ignitenet ML-60-35) firmware. The Netonix and backhaul are on the same network segment.
Any suggestions on what to try next to figure this out?

Re: Inconsistent Packet Loss
Look at each ports statistics looking for excessive pause frames or errors.
Try disabling Flow Control on all ports.

Re: Inconsistent Packet Loss
I should have thought about flow control...
These stats are what you were expecting?
What is the Rx Filtered?
Thanks for your help!

Re: Inconsistent Packet Loss
Yes your Tx Pause Frames are VERY HIGH, I would disable Flow Control but find out why you are having these Pause Frames, where is the bottleneck.
