I recently purchased the WS-12-250-AC, the minute I plug multiple PoE devices on it the screen changes with Error under the Watts column. The status screen shows errors as well plus the fan is always running regardless that this switch is in a temperature control room. I have reset the switch multiple times and uploaded the firmware with the v1.5.0 release. Should this be sent for RMA? Please advise…

Could be a failure or damage.
If it is damage most likely from ground current from poor grounding.

OK.. Will RMA when I get the chance to swap it out..
It is earthed correctly to all areas.. but i will check that when we put the replacement in.
