I am getting this error on all ports on a WS-12-250-DC "Error loading cable diagnostics". I have a Ubiquiti PBE-M2-400 and it's pulling 25-30 watts rather than the normal 3-5 watts and I don't know if it's the radio or the cable. The radio is passing traffic normally. I've re-booted the radio several times and re-booted the switch. The other radios all seem to be drawing the 3-5 watts.
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas of what could be the cause?
Thanks
John

Re: cable diagnostics
Will do. It's also giving me the message 'Error saving configuration!'. Then it takes a long time to apply, but it does when I refresh the screen.
I'll let you know the results early next week.

Thanks sirhc
Finally got the switch on the bench and upgraded the firmware. It seems to be working just fine now.

I would factory default it in case there is any corruption in the config file.
