WS-12-250-DC - Random reboot

Hi,


We have one of these at one of our sites - Netonix 12 Port Gigabit WISP Switch - WS-12-250-DC.

Last night it randomly rebooted (this is the first time it has done it).

Firmware Version 1.5.0
Board Rev F
Power Supply Firmware Version 70
Power Supply Board Rev B

Any pointers on what we should be looking for?

How is it powered?

Most people who have reboot issues with our SMART DC units is they do not follow our instructions and hook them directly to the battery bank but instead power them from a solar charger or power supply charger.

Hook them directly to battery bank with inline fuse of course and then hook charger unit directly to battery bank.
