I have had two switches now over a period of time start reporting the wrong power usage from an AF24 and AF5.
The power consumption at present for the AF24 is reading 102 watts. Now we will know that's no possible..
I have powered of the switch, ports etc etc but nothing seems to work..
Any ideas welcomed.

Yep, your current sensors are damaged most likely from GROUND CURRENT.
