Dumb question: where is the factory default button on these? I swear I've looked all over
I see a hole labeled "DEF" but it doesn't seem to do anything when I push into it with a pin, and I have no idea what the IP is on this thing.

The factory default is pretty much the same on all our switches.
Yes that small hole is the button.
