Re: WS-12-250-DC max cpu
taormoi, I have sent you a PM requesting a time we could do a call and a Team Viewer session so I could get into the switch to see what's happening.
However, if you prefer, try dropping into the linux shell from ssh and let us know here the output of this command.

OK, if you see it again and have further difficulty figuring out what's happening - try running that command and posting it's results here.

Well if it back in shop poke around via console and look for config error and see if after factory default you can access web ui.
There is no hardware failure issue that can cause this so it has to be configuration error question is why. Did you do it or did it somehow corrupt the config itself.
Maybe before factory defaulting it backup the config and send to Stephen

Re: WS-12-250-DC max cpu
Hi:
I'm following this post because i have the same problem. Sometime Netonix CPU is at 99%.
Ui made changes very slowly and by SSH need many seconds to show "login as:"
I have 32 Netonix Units and usually always there are 5 or 7 units with CPU at 99%. When rebooted the units or upgrade firmware CPU come back to normal state, but i think this is not a profesional solution...
I know wich Netonix are on 99% CPU because Netonix Manager show them on red point.
I attach some pictures for your help...
thx.

Re: WS-12-250-DC max cpu
That is the firmware version for the switch. I was asking about the version of the Netonix Manager, we found out after this that the polling method of the Netonix Manager itself was causing switches CPU's to reach 99% because of extraneous process's being generated and un-managed. (you can read the release notes here)
If you're Manager is below version 1.0.14, then I highly recommend you upgrade it to the latest.
