Thank you for the reset procedure. I had tried looking for it but I must have searched with the wrong terms. I will try that. My "remove power for 10 mins" was not correct.

I would RMA the unit so we can diagnose it.
When you say you flipped the breaker off, runs down, then flip breaker on please describe the entire setup including of course grounding.
