Correct it would not matter what the input voltage to the WS-6-MINI was between 32V and 57V the 24V would always be 24V as we regulate that voltage.
But whatever voltage you feed the switch it would pass out as the 48V POE option as it is a straight pass through and unregulated.
The important thing is when powering the WS-6-MINI with POE IN that you are using all 4 pair not just 2 pair else you will damage the switch.
Also important with the WS-6-MINI is the grounding, making sure that if using AC power to power what ever is powering the WS-6-MINI Earth Ground is bonded to the tower ground same as when using any switch else you will damage the switch.

Re: WS-6-MINI jack dimensions and polarity

If you go to our web site the plug dimensions are there as the 3rd picture.
http://www.netonix.com/wisp-switch/ws-6-mini.html
I ended up here after downloading the spec sheet to find the answer to this exact question
and it is still not in the spec sheet after nearly 3 years.

Yes. As I mentioned it's a little blurry. I did see in the second post.. But, why is it still not in the spec sheet? C'mon....
