Switch just locks up.

Mon Apr 29, 2019 9:12 am

Not sure why because the log gets erased with the reboot, we have a switch that just locks up. WS-8-150-AC 4 ports are powered and 4 are not. Need help figuring out why it stops passing traffic. It may run 1 day it may run 5 but not usually a week before a shutdown. Thanks Jason Keller Horizon Net

Will have to do some troubleshooting, first step is if flow control is enabled, please disable it.
Otherwise, post the ports tab, status tab, and config tab.

Flow control is disabled. Has been. I did change from RSTP to just STP yesterday to see if that would fix it. So far no reboots. I have included screenshots of all of our configurations on the switch in question. Thanks Jason Keller Horizon Net

Hmmm this is odd.

Are you using any SFP module's? If so, see if removing them helps. If it does, what type are they? We have a <list> of compatible SFP module's that should definitely be cross-referenced.

Also, it looks like the image's you shared are only a list of the status tab. Please provide screenshot's of the status, ports, and config tab posted using this method:
