Huh, maybe there is something else in there that is causing it. Will put this one back under the microscope.
In the mean time what is the Low Voltage Warning set too? Does the switch reboot in-between these email warnings? For me, I've only been seeing a low voltage warning happen once, even if it raises above and below it multiple time's (unless of course it reboots)

No reboots. Low power alert set to 23.5. Would be nice to have a user adjustable Voltage Recovery field. Would solve the multiple alert issue, and also let us know when the site recovers from a low voltage state.
