Greetings,
I have 4, WS-8-150-DC's that will no longer power up, issue why this happened is unknown. They have all been in service operating normally for varying amounts of time, they just quit on us. It is possible, over the course of our stormy spring that they have been damaged due to electrical storm surge. I would like to send these to you for repair. Where do I send them too, and what is the process of this type of repair? I have sent a WS-12-DC in for repair in the past and the cost was reasonable compared to buying a new one.
the serial numbers are as follows:
EC13B2E17EB0
EC13B2E14118
EC13B2E140F8
EC13B2E14268
Thanks in advance!
