RSTP no seeing the Root Bridge

hey all,
I've found a WS-12-250-AC on our clients network that isn't seeing the Root Bridge on the network and all other Netonix switches are seeing the Root Bridge

- i've checked the networking (VLANs) and all are correct
- This switch is seeing itself as the root bridge so it's not electing the "Root" port

we are running 1.5.2 firmware

yes STP is enabled

Same firmware and STP version on all switch ?

Is the link done via wireless ? The link could be the cause. Is WDS enable on it ?

yes same firmware and STP on all switches in path
yes it is a wireless link, there is no WDS option in UBNT AirOSv8
