RMAs

Thu Jan 16, 2020 11:29 am

So I have a stack of switches that have piled up with various issues over time.

We've been pretty bad at noting what was wrong with them. If I open an RMA, is it possible to just have them refurbished and have Netonix check caps, power supplies, switch ports, etc?

Chris, who handles our RMA's, has been taking a long deserved semi-vacation for the last couple of months to do some
major renovations on his house. It turned out to be a massive fix it before it breaks project, so his focus when
he comes into work when he gets a chance during the week has been on production, not RMA's.
He plans on hitting the RMA's again by months end.
